Privacy notice

What I collect

Only what you type into the readiness check form and send:

• Name, work email, company, role, company size and industry
• Phone or WhatsApp number, if you add one
• Your 15 answers, your scores and your band
• Whether you ticked the box for occasional emails
• The page address and your browser type, so I can spot broken submissions

Your answers stay in your browser until you press the button on the form. If you leave before then, nothing is sent.

Why I collect it

To show you your results, to follow up with you about them, and to prepare if you book a call. I do this because you agreed to it on the form. If you ticked the email box, I also send the occasional email on AI for leadership teams.

Where it is stored

Each form goes into a private Google Sheet in my Google account, and a summary goes to my Gmail. Google stores this on its servers, which may be outside your country. Only I can open the Sheet. I don't sell your details or share them with anyone else.

If you book a call, Calendly handles the booking under its own privacy policy. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when the page loads. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad tracking.

How long I keep it

I delete your details 24 months after we were last in touch, or sooner if you ask.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email umarmsharif@gmail.com and I'll do it within 30 days.
• Emails beyond your results are opt-in only. If you didn't tick the box, you won't get them. If you did, reply "unsubscribe" to any email and I'll stop.
• You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing me. That stops future use, and I'll delete what I hold.

Changes

If this notice changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
